At iRhythm, we believe that time away from work is essential for your well-being. Whether you’re planning a vacation, taking care of personal matters, or simply need a break, our Paid Time Off (PTO) and Flexible Time Off (FTO) programs are designed to support you.

Eligible employees accrue PTO throughout the year to use for vacation, personal time, or illness. PTO balances are visible in Workday, and requests for time off can be submitted directly in Workday.

  • Unused PTO may carry over (subject to policy limits)

For US-based directors and above, iRhythm offers a FTO policy. This allows you to take time away as needed, without tracking specific hours because we trust you to manage your time responsibly.

FTO is ideal for:

  • Personal travel
  • Mental health days
  • Family obligations

iRhythm observes a set of paid holidays each year. These are automatically granted and do not count against your PTO or FTO.

In addition to the company holiday schedule, iRhythm employees also get two floating holidays to use throughout the year. This is prorated based on when you start. 

To support bonding with a new child, employees may take paid leave following birth, adoption, or placement:

  • Employees who give birth: Up to 12 weeks at 100% base pay.
  • Employees who do not give birth: Up to 6 weeks at 100% base pay.

Leave runs concurrently with FMLA and applicable state leave laws (such as CFRA).
