Enroll for 2026 Benefits
Whether you’re new to iRhythm or updating your elections for the 2026 plan year, Open Enrollment is your chance to select the benefits that best support your well-being as we work toward Better Health for All. Be sure to complete your enrollment between November 3 and November 14, 2025, to secure your coverage for 2026.
For more details, visit the Your 2026 Benefits page to access the Benefit Guide and review all the benefit options available to you.
Important Reminder: If you do not enroll or make updates by November 14 for Open Enrollment, your current benefit elections will carry over to 2026. Please note, you must re-enroll in your Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) each year to continue participating.
Eligibility
Employee
You are eligible for benefits on your date of hire if you are an active, full-time employee (regular or temporary) working at least 30 hours per week.
Dependents
The following dependents are eligible as well:
- Your legal spouse or domestic partner
- Your biological, adopted, foster, or stepchildren up to age 26
- Children of any age, if incapable of self-support due to mental or physical disability
Note: Domestic partner contributions are taken on a post-tax basis, according to federal IRS regulations. Contributions made by the employer for domestic partners may be subject to imputed income for the employee. State tax laws may vary regarding taxation of domestic partner benefits. Please speak with your tax adviser for details.
How to Enroll
You will enroll in your benefits via the following steps:
- Log into Workday on your phone or laptop via Okta.
- Find and select your 2026 Open Enrollment Workday task.
- Follow the prompts to select or waive benefits.
- Review and submit your elections.
- Save your confirmation statement.
Don’t Miss Your Enrollment Window. You have 30 days from your initial eligibility date to enroll in benefits. If you don’t take action within that time, you’ll need to wait until the next Open Enrollment period to make changes unless you experience a qualifying life event (QLE).
Mid-Year Changes
Life happens, and sometimes that means your benefits need to change outside of Open Enrollment. You can update your elections mid-year only if you experience a qualifying life event (QLE), such as:
- Getting married or divorced
- Having or adopting a child
- Losing other coverage
- Moving to a new coverage area
Act fast! You must submit your benefit elections via Workday within 30 days of the life event, along with supporting documents for the QLE. If you have questions, submit a benefits ticket via Ask HR (requires sign in via Okta) or send an email to benefits@irhythmtech.com.
