iRhythm offers a range of medical plans to support your health and wellbeing, with options tailored to where you live and work.

  • If you’re in California, you can enroll in the Kaiser HMO.
  • Prefer a national network? Choose from several Cigna plans, including High-Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) that qualify for Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions.
  • Employees in Hawaii also have access to coverage through the HMSA Preferred Provider Plan (PPP).

All plans include comprehensive coverage and in-network preventive care at no cost. Monthly premiums, deductibles, copays, provider networks, and flexibility vary, so it’s important to compare your options and choose what works best for you and your family.

Additional Details

  • HSA Eligibility: Cigna HDHP plans are HSA-eligible. Contributions must be elected each year during Open Enrollment. iRhythm contributes to your HSA—see the HSA section of the Benefits Guide for full details.
  • Preventive Care: All plans cover in-network preventive screenings and wellness visits at 100%.
  • Finding In-Network Providers: Search for doctors and providers at mycigna.com or kp.org.
  • Important Notes: Local Plus is a smaller network than Cigna’s OAP. This plan may include out-of-network coverage—review your plan documents for details.

Telehealth Benefits Overview

iRhythm provides telehealth services to medical plan members at no cost for most covered, in-network providers.

  • Cigna members: Use MDLIVE (888-726-3171, mdliveforcigna.com)
  • Kaiser members: Use Kaiser Video Visits (800-464-4000, kp.org)

When to Use Telehealth?

Telehealth is a great choice for:

  • Minor illnesses and injuries (allergies, cold/flu, rashes, ear infections, UTIs)
  • Prescription refills
  • Preventive care and chronic condition management
  • Mental health/psychologist visits
  • When you want to avoid waiting rooms or need prompt, non-emergency care

While Telehealth is a great choice for everyday care, it is not meant for serious or life-threatening emergencies. In these situations, please go to your nearest emergency room.
